UK Mainland Delivery
** UK (Mainland) does NOT include the following areas:
Jersey, Guernsey, Scottish Isles, Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland, Republic of Ireland, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight.
UK Offshore
Please select UK (offshore) for Scottish Islands, Scottish Highlands (including IV,KW,PA,PH Post codes), Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, Jersey, and Guernsey. Orders placed here to non-UK destinations will not be honoured.
Delivery Times
The expected delivery time for items in stock is between 1-3 days (standard orders) and 2-5 days (large/special orders). For items marked "out of stock" (as indicated in the item details) your first delivery will be with you within 14 to 28 days. Items that are out of stock will be sent at no extra charge to you after your first delivery, our most up to date availability dates can be found in product details.
A signature is usually required on receipt, so it may be more convenient for you if we deliver to your work or an address of a friend.
Timed Delivery
"I need my order delivered before..."
We regret we are unable to offer guarantee timed deliveries and cannot meet such requests unless specifically arranged and paid for with a member of our sales team.
Rates & Taxes
Orders within the EU
All prices are subject to VAT and charged at the current rate of 17.5% where applicable and this is chargeable on all orders within the European Union & UK. In some cases customers in the EU can submit a vat number for us to declare to HM customs and Excise, therefore VAT will not be applicable in those cases.
Orders outside the EU
For orders outside the EU, VAT will be deducted from the cost of the goods AFTER the order has been completed and only if the country of destination is correctly selected (Channel Island customers should select Channel Islands from the country field, NOT UK). Destinations outside the EU may be subject to import duty. These are not included in our prices and are the responsibility of customers to pay on or after receipt of goods.

Returns
With all orders (excluding samples) will be a postage label to return your goods.
