How long is Softgrass guaranteed for?
We guarantee Softgrass for 5 years, however with normal usage it should last 10-15 years.

What surfaces can Softgrass be laid on?
Softgrass can be laid on almost any surface including: soil, concrete, tarmac, boarding etc.

Is Softgrass easy to install?
We provide easy to follow installation instructions, however if you choose not to install it yourself we can recommend installers to you.

Is Softgrass child & pet friendly?
Yes, Softgrass is a safe surface for your children & pets. It will withstand considerable periods of use without sustaining damage.

Does Softgrass require any maintenance?
Softgrass requires no maintenance other than removal of leaves etc. Pet owners will find it easy to remove dog mess, which will not damage or discolour the grass.

Will Softgrass fade in sunlight?
No, Softgrass fibres are UV stabilised in the manufacture process.

How do I clean Softgrass?
Under normal circumstances Softgrass requires no cleaning. If necessary the pile can be brushed to remove surface debris or lightly jet sprayed to clean soiled areas.

Does Softgrass require sand?
Kiln dried silver sand is used with most artificial grasses as it assists in keeping the pile upright. You can choose not to apply sand if you think the appearance is satisfactory without it. For sport surfaces sand and rubber infill granules are recommended.

Does Softgrass require edging?
Like normal grass lawns it is recommended that edging is used to provide the finishing touches, but it is not essential. We can provide edging or you can obtain it from Garden Centres or DIY stores.
