Payments

You can pay for your goods in a variety of ways

We accept all major credit and debit cards including: Visa, Visa Delta, Visa Electron, MasterCard, Maestro, Solo. Please note, we no longer accept switch.

1. Pay online at our secure checkout.
2. Call us on 0845 603 1450 between 9:00 - 6:00 (GMT) Monday to Friday.
3. Fax your details on 01708 378046.
4. Pay by cheque.
5. Email info@softgrass.co.uk to instruct your order and to receive a confirmation form, which can be paid by credit card or cheque, at any time by you.

If you are paying by cheque, please make it payable to Interlocking Solutions Ltd in Pounds Sterling and post it to:

NB: Please write your order reference number (SFL + 7 digits) on the back of your postal order or cheque. Please note, goods will not be dispatched until payment has been received.

Security Code

The card security code is a unique three or four-digit number printed on your debit/credit card. This number is not embossed on the card and hence not printed on receipts - making it difficult for anyone other than the genuine cardholder, to know it.

Some card issuers refer to this number as the 'Card Security Code' others as the 'personal security code' and others as 'Card Verification Value'. Some cards, many UK-issued cards for example, have a three-digit number printed at the top of the signature strip on the reverse of the card.

If you do not provide this information when placing your order, it could result in your delivery being delayed whilst we perform extra checks on your order.
