We want you to be delighted with the quality of the goods you receive from Soft Grass UK. However, if for any reason you do wish to return any items from your order, please do so within 7 days of receipt and in resalable condition for either a full refund of the value of the goods or an exchange. Refunds are normally processed within 7 days of receipt.

If you receive goods which are faulty* or have been damaged in transit, please let us know within 7 days of receipt of your order.

All orders (excluding samples) will be your responsibility to return your goods.

We will not refund return postage cost unless goods are either faulty or a previous agreement has been made. We will refund in full the cost of the product assuming goods are in a re-saleable condition.

A returns/exchange form will be sent out with your goods, should you not receive this form please contact customer services. Please note, we are unable to refund postage costs for standard returns.

* If you believe your goods are faulty, please ring customer services on 0845 603 6157. A pre-paid returns label will be provided. All goods returned as faulty, will be inspected for a manufacturing defect. If deemed faulty, a full refund or exchange will be given.

A warranty of one year against any manufacturing defect, is offered.

Unless the goods are faulty or sent in error you are responsible for the cost of returning the goods to us. We recommend you use recorded delivery and obtain insurance, as proof of posting is not proof of receipt.

Our guarantees are provided in addition to your statutory rights as a consumer.
